Trinette is a licensed Realtor® and California native, born and raised on San Francisco Peninsula, with over two decades of comprehensive real estate experience. Since beginning her career in 2001, she has built a reputation for exceptional transaction management, strategic marketing, and unwavering client support.
Starting as a transaction coordinator and head of marketing for a large brokerage, Trinette quickly became known as the “paperwork guru” for her meticulous attention to detail and mastery of complex documentation. Her expertise led to her being selected as a licensed assistant to the broker, further expanding her leadership role and hands-on involvement in high-level transactions.
Trinette’s professional strengths include reviewing and managing all transaction documentation, overseeing critical timelines, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining seamless communication with all parties involved. Her proactive approach ensures that every step of the buying or selling process is executed efficiently and accurately.
In addition to transaction management, Trinette designs and implements comprehensive marketing strategies, including custom flyers, postcards, neighborhood letters, newsletters, and magazine and newspaper advertising.
